About the assignment

For our client in Malmö, we are looking for an HR administrator, a consulting assignment through us at Bemannia starting as soon as possible until 2026-08-31 or possibly a bit longer depending on the start date. This is a 75% position and you will work during office hours on-site in Malmö.

Your tasks

You will be placed in the HR department, with the main focus on relieving questions related to our client's competency management system, onboarding, and employee conversations.

There may also be a need for support in recruitment and other HR areas.

• User inquiries regarding the HR system (not payroll)

• Contact with the system provider for more complex questions, operational disruptions, etc.

• Follow-up on completed training, for example

• Management of the training catalog, e.g., assistance in entering new courses and dates for training sessions in collaboration with training managers

• Assistance with course content that needs updating

• Registration of certificates after completed training

• When needed, create training (e-learning) based on basic material

• Relieve other HR staff in areas such as recruitment

Your qualifications

• Education in Human Resource Management or equivalent education

• Experience and good user of various HR systems, you have several years of documented experience working in HR-related systems and are used to using system support as a natural part of your work

• Good administrative ability and a service-oriented approach, accustomed to independent work (planning skills)

Meritorious

• Experience in training management, work in LMS platforms

• Experience in recruitment work and ATS (recruitment systems)

• Experience in support/service work, user inquiries

• Experience in creating e-learning
